1/2cButtermilk
1/2cLight (calorie-reduced) lowfat mayonnaise
3tbMinced fresh parsley
3tbChopped chives
1 Clove garlic, minced
1tbMinced fresh (or 1 ts dried) tarragon
1tbLemon juice
  Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  Salt, coarse pepper, to taste

Procedure: Gently fold ingredients together; refrigerate until serving time. Spoon over torn lettuce or mixed salad. Yield: Makes about 1 cup dressing, about 25 calories per tablespoon.
